How much time would I have to give ?  

Just 3 hours a week helping and supporting the director of the company and group members in sessions, helping with fundraising and when the show is getting closer to show week, a bit of additional time may be needed. 

Do I need any special skills ?

No it is not essential to have any special skills to volunteer and help out
